1. Data user

This website is operated by KYDD (Kydd Narongkorn Arromrak), a Registered Estate Negotiator (REN 83095) under GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd (Registered Estate Agency E(1)1836), for the purpose of marketing Conezion Residences, Gems Residences and Par3 Condo & Condo Villa at IOI Resort City. For the purposes of the PDPA, KYDD is the "data user" in respect of any personal data you choose to share via this site.

2. What personal data is collected, and how

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tracking pixels at this time, and does not collect personal data automatically. The only point of collection is the "Register Your Interest" form, where you may voluntarily provide your name, phone number, project of interest and an optional message.

That form does not submit data to any server or database — it runs entirely in your browser and, when you press submit, simply opens WhatsApp with the details you typed pre-filled into a message to KYDD. Nothing is stored by this website at any point; the personal data you provide is transmitted directly to KYDD's WhatsApp account on your own device. If we begin using analytics or conversion tracking (for example, for advertising purposes), this policy will be updated beforehand to describe what is collected and why, and consent will be sought where required.

3. Purpose of collection

Personal data you provide (via the form, WhatsApp or phone) is collected and used solely to: (a) respond to your property enquiry, (b) arrange showroom or show-unit viewings you request, and (c) where you choose to proceed, introduce you to the relevant developer's official sales team for booking purposes.

4. Voluntary provision & consequence of not providing data

Providing your personal data is entirely voluntary. If you choose not to provide your name and phone number, KYDD will not be able to respond to your enquiry or arrange a viewing on your behalf — there is no other consequence.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be disclosed to the following classes of third parties, and no others, except as required by law:

• The official sales team of the relevant developer (IOI Properties Group Berhad or its subsidiaries) — only if you choose to proceed with a viewing or booking, and with your knowledge.
• WhatsApp Inc. (Meta), as the messaging platform through which your enquiry is transmitted and stored on your own device and KYDD's device. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs its handling of that conversation.
• GT Nelson Realty Sdn Bhd, as the licensed real estate agency KYDD operates under.

6. Data retention

As this website does not store any personal data, it retains nothing. Personal data shared via WhatsApp is retained by KYDD only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting transaction, in line with the purposes above.

7. Security

Because the register-interest form transmits data directly to WhatsApp rather than to any server operated by this website, there is no database or server-side storage for this site to secure. Your WhatsApp conversation is protected by WhatsApp's own security measures, including end-to-end encryption.

8. Your rights under the PDPA

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data KYDD holds about you;
• Request correction of any personal data that is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated;
• Withdraw your consent to further contact or processing at any time;
• Limit the processing or further disclosure of your personal data.
